I got work full time a year ago. I stopped dieting and working out. Got depressed gained weight. Now I'm 285 but going down. Exercising couple times a week. I do fit for Life diet now. Basically I eat fruit all morning till 11am or smoothie. I usually eat one tangerine, one apple and a banana if I'm not too full. Or a berry smoothie. I have no coffee till 11am. Trying to drink less energy drinks and just one 8oz coffee daily little creamer added. I then eat for lunch about 1pm either salad with baked chicken pieces. Only sips of water. Or I eat pasta and veggies or veggie sandwich homemade or from Subway no cheese or meat. Then for dinner I eat pasta primavera with cooked veggies. And bread and butter. Or I eat chicken and cooked veggies or salad. I feel great lots of energy and losing weight. Never hungry!!
