I got work full time a year ago. I stopped dieting and working out. Got depressed gained weight. Now I'm 285 but going down. Exercising couple times a week. I do fit for Life diet now. Basically I eat fruit all morning till 11am or smoothie. I usually eat one tangerine, one apple and a banana if I'm not too full. Or a berry smoothie. I have no coffee till 11am. Trying to drink less energy drinks and just one 8oz coffee daily little creamer added. I then eat for lunch about 1pm either salad with baked chicken pieces. Only sips of water. Or I eat pasta and veggies or veggie sandwich homemade or from Subway no cheese or meat. Then for dinner I eat pasta primavera with cooked veggies. And bread and butter. Or I eat chicken and cooked veggies or salad. I feel great lots of energy and losing weight. Never hungry!!

Started new job gained 3.5 lbs from bad diet and no exercise, new job this whole week too : (
So I had my 1st full week working full time and stressful but did better end of week. My diet was off I ate over 3k calories 3 days at least and no exercise, didn't get home till late 3 nights in a row. So this is not an average week and my daughter's birthday we celebrated 3 days so we had dessert and fatty party food, etc. So I hope to get back on track this week and lose some lbs. I am not discouraged, gonna have a plan and work my plan, done it before! I weight 228.5 lbs now, uggh!

Weighed in this Saturday - 225lbs lost 2 lbs.
I weighed in this Saturday and weighed 225 lbs. Lost 2 lbs. Even though 4 days had over 3k calories and only worked out 3 days. Didn't make since, but I may have been depriving myself of 3 meals a day, maybe missing dinner in past and this last week ate 3 meals with plenty of fat and protein, so I felt satisfied and my muscles seemed to grow some in my arms. Maybe protein powder I took one hard workout day helped. I had assumed I would have gained 3 lbs, but instead I lost 2! Hooray. I will see how this week goes and I plan to workout all days or most days 1 hour cardio. Eat healthy and make sure I eat protein and healthy fats. I have a cold today so feeling out of it, but I got a full workweek ahead of me. 7 days of work. i work this next weekend for the last time doing the sign spinning.
