My new healthy body and mind habit:
Do exercise while listening to self-help or business audiobooks. I have finished a number of great audio books while walking, working out at the gym or sign spinning. Learning while I'm burning calories. I am hooked on reading and listening to self-help books. Been like that since my college years. I'm a better person for it too. I plan on creating some mixes that overlay audio books with upbeat music. Stay tuned....
