So I had my 1st full week working full time and stressful but did better end of week. My diet was off I ate over 3k calories 3 days at least and no exercise, didn't get home till late 3 nights in a row. So this is not an average week and my daughter's birthday we celebrated 3 days so we had dessert and fatty party food, etc. So I hope to get back on track this week and lose some lbs. I am not discouraged, gonna have a plan and work my plan, done it before! I weight 228.5 lbs now, uggh!
