I lost 1/2lb again today whooooahhhyeaaah!
I wasn't gonna workout bu!t I did the treadmill 2.5 speed for 1/2 hour and amazingly sweated more than when I bike or walked. Amazing! That's right Biggest Loser uses treadmill a lot. Probably due to constant speed it works good. Cool. I did eat at McDonalds for breakfast and Chipotle for lunch and had breakfast for dinner. We'll see if I lost any pounds..
