I JUST FOUND OUT THAT I LOST SOME SIGNIFICANT WEIGHT AFTER 1 WEEK OF CAREFUL DIET AND EXERCISE DAILY. MOSTLY WALKING BUT A LITTLE BIKING.
I STARTED OUT AT DOCTORS OFFICE I WEIGHED MOST I EVER WAS 272 LBS.
NOW I WEIGHT 260.50 LBS. THAT IS ALMOST 12 LBS LOST IN ABOUT A WEEK!!!!
THIS JUST MADE MY DAY, NOW I AM GOING TO GO OUT AND EXERCISE SOME MORE OF THIS WEIGHT OFF!
