Much of my success can be attributed to my detailed and thorough record keeping of every bite of food I consume. It works for me and it keeps me accountable to myself. If I lie to myself it's just plain stupid, I'm just fooling myself. The Lose It! App is great for this. It tracks my exercise and weight too! I have not found many foods I can't find or scan barcode of. I love using technology to help me on my weight loss journey. You should do the same, since we are all so connected nowadays.
