Update on my 40 reasons why I hate being fat!

UPDATED 40 REASONS WHY I HATE BEING FAT LIST:

1. HATE THE WAY I LOOK: I AM MORE ACCEPTING OF MY LOOKS AND NOW THAT I HAVE BEEN LOSING WEIGHT, I AM EXCITED AT THE RESULTS!
2. HATE THE WAY I FEEL: I FEEL GREAT NOW AND AM FEELING BETTER EVERY POUND I LOSE AND EATING HEALTHY.
3. HATE THE WAY PEOPLE LOOK AT ME: I AM NOT AS WORRIED ABOUT WHAT OTHERS THINK, ESPECIALLY SINCE I AM DOING SOMETHING ABOUT MY WEIGHT. I ALSO LOOK THINNER AND MORE HEALTHY LOOKING.
4. HATE THAT MY CLOTHES ARE TIGHT: WELL, MY CLOTHES ARE TIGHT BECAUSE I CAN NOW WEAR SKINNY JEANS AND MORE CLOSE FITTING SHIRTS. MY DOCTOR ACTUALLY ORDERED ME TO START BUYING SMALLER CLOTHES BECAUSE WEARING LOOSE CLOTHING MADE ME LOOK FAT WHEN I REALLY WASN'T.
5. HATE THAT I AM TIRED ALL THE TIME: I AM ENERGETIC ALL THE TIME, POSITIVE TOO AND I STAY UP LATER AND GET GOOD SLEEP AND WAKE UP ON TIME DAILY.
6. HATE THAT I EAT TOO MUCH: NOW I EAT JUST ENOUGH, RARELY OVEREAT AND DON'T FEEL BAD OR SICKLY AT ALL. I EAT FRUITS AND VEGGIES A LOT AND DRINK WATER, SO I FEEL FULLER FROM THOSE.
7. HATE THAT I EAT THE WRONG FOODS: I DON'T EAT THE WRONG FOODS ANYMORE AND WHEN I DO EAT OFF MY DIET I DON'T EAT MUCH OF IT AND FOR NOT THAT LONG. THE OLD FATTY AND SWEET FOODS I USED TO EAT ACTUALLY TASTE WORSE NOW, NOT ENJOYABLE AS BEFORE. THE OLD FOODS MAKE ME FEEL SICK TOO.
8. HATE THAT I DON'T FEEL LIKE EXERCISING OR EATING RIGHT: I FEEL LIKE EXERCISING AND EATING HEALTHY ALL THE TIME!!!
9. HATE THAT IT'S HARD TO TIE MY SHOES , I GET WINDED: WELL, I CAN TIE MY SHOES AND CUT MY TOENAILS!!!!
10. HATE TO HAVE TO BEND DOWN AND PICK ANYTHING OFF OF THE GROUND: I CAN ALSO BEND DOWN AND PICK UP STUFF OFF THE GROUND!
11. HATE THAT IT'S HARD TO GET MY BODY OUT OF BED, GET WINDED: GET UP FINE, I AM SORE, BUT FROM WORKING OUT AFTER A FEW MINUTES I FEEL GREAT AND READY FOR THE DAY!
12. HATE THAT IT IS HARD TO WIPE MY BUTT: I CAN NOW WIPE MY BUTT WITH NO STRAINING, I AM THINNER SO THAT HELPS AND MY BUTT IS NOT AS BIG, THANK GOD!
13. HATE THAT MY HIPS AND ANKLES HURT WHEN I DO WALK: THE ONLY THING THAT IS SORE WHEN I WALK IS MY FEET, FROM WALKING A LOT.
14.HATE HAVING TROUBLE SNORING, SLEEP APNEA? MY DOCTOR TOLD ME I WILL BE RETESTED SINCE MY FACE HAS SLIMMED DOWN A LOT AND MY TUMMY IS SMALLER. I MAY BE ABLE TO GET RID OF THE SLEEP APNEA MACHINE.
15. HATE HAVING A BIG BELLY: STILL UNHAPPY THAT I HAVE A BELLY, BUT IT IS SHRINKING BY A LOT, AND THAT IS WHY I AM WORKING OUT AND EATING BETTER TO SHRINK IT EVEN MORE.
16. HATE HAVING A DOUBLE CHIN: DON'T HAVE THAT MUCH OF A FAT CHIN ANY LONGER, THAT IS THE ONE THING THAT HAS CHANGED THAT MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY HAVE NOTICED MOST.
17. HATE THAT I FEEL UGLY: I AM FEELING BETTER ABOUT MY LOOKS, THE THINNER I HAVE GOTTEN AND ALSO ACCEPTING OF WHO I AM LIKE EVEN ABOUT BEING BALD, GETTING GRAY HAIR, AND GETTING WRINKLES BECAUSE I AM OLDER.
18. HATE THAT WOMEN AREN'T INTERESTED IN ME OR GOING OUT: WELL, I AM REUNITED WITH MY LOVELY WIFE AND DAUGHTER, AND THOSE TWO LADIES ARE THE ONLY ONES I NEED TO GO OUT WITH AND PLEASE, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
19. HATE THAT I GET CHAFFING WHEN I WALK: I GET LESS CHAFFING NOW. STILL SOME FAT DOWN THERE BUT NOT LIKE BEFORE.
20. HATE THAT I HAVE BEEN FAT ALL OF MY LIFE: WELL, I AM GETTING LESS FAT NOW AND THAT IS WHAT MATTERS NOW, THE PAST I CANNOT CHANGE, AND I WANT TO FOCUS ON INCREMENTAL GOALS FOR NOW ON MY WEIGHT LOSS.
21. HATE BEING OVER 270 LBS: WELL, I WENT UP TO 296, AND NOW I AM 228, SO I AM WANTING TO GO DOWN TO 170, SO I HAVE SOME MORE TO LOSE BUT ON A GOOD PLACE RIGHT NOW LOSING IT!
22. HATE THAT IT LOOKS LIKE I HAVE BREASTS: I STILL HAVE MAN BOOBS , BUT LIKE MY TUMMY, IT IS SHRINKING SLOWLY.
23. HATE THAT I CAN'T TAKE A DECENT PICTURE THAT I WOULD WANT TO SHARE: I ACTUALLY TAKE SELFIES NOW AND SHARE THEM AND SOME PICS ON FACEBOOK NOW LOOK HALF WAY DECENT.
24. HATE BEING CALLED FAT OR OBESE: WELL, I STILL GET SOME COMMENTS FROM PEOPLE MOSTLY DUE TO MY TUMMY, BUT I AM WORKING ON LOSING IT AND THE NAME CALLING DOESN'T AFFECT ME THAT MUCH.
25. HATE BEING WEIGHED AND SEEING THAT MY WEIGHT HAS GONE UP, WILL IT EVER GO DOWN!: I HAVE CONSISTENTLY OVER A YEAR WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND DIETICIAN AND MY WEIGHT GONE DOWN BY LITTLE AND BY MUCH, THANK GOD!
I ACTUALLY ENJOY BEING WEIGHED.
26. HATE BEING ON PSYCHE MEDS THAT MAKE ME GAIN WEIGHT.: WELL, I HAVE LOST WEIGHT AND STILL ON SOME MEDS BUT DIFFERENT ONES THAT AREN'T AS BAD ON WEIGHT GAIN. 
27. HATE THAT I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND HIGH CHOLESTEROL LEVELS:
MY BLOOD PRESSURE HAS BEEN MORE NORMAL THAN IT HAS EVER BEEN, I STILL TAKE 1 PILL DAILY BUT I EAT LESS SALT, TAKE QUIET TIME ASIDE TO DESTRESS AND I AM THINNER, SO IT ALL HAS HELPED A LOT!
28. HATE THAT IT IS HARD TO GET OUT OF THE CAR: I CAN GET OUT OF THE CAR EASY NOW AND DO IT DAILY.
29. HATE THAT I FIT TIGHTLY AND NOT COMFORTABLY IN MY SEAT IN AN AIRPLANE. I JUST CAME BACK FROM TEXAS AND FLEW BOTH WAYS IN A SMALLER PLANE AND FIT FINE AND SAT NEXT TO SOMEONE AND HAD ARM ROOM!
30. HATE WEARING CLOTHES WITH MORE THAN ONE X IN THEIR SIZE INSTEAD, MY CLOTHES HAVE 2 OR 3XXX'S: I HAVE GONE UP TO 5X ABOUT A YEAR AGO, NOW I AM DOWN TO 2X AND MAY GO SMALLER IN TIME, WHOOOOOPIE!
31. HATE BEING CALLED A BIG GUY OR LARGE MAN: WELL, SOMEONE AT MY NEW JOB TOLD ME YOU ARE NOT A FAT MAN, YOU DON'T LOOK LIKE ONE. I BELIEVE I HAVE CHANGED AND WEARING MY SKINNY JEANS I DO LOOK THE PART!
32. HATE HANGING OUT WITH PEOPLE THAT DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW IT IS TO BE FAT AND ARE JUDGMENTAL: WELL I HANG OUT WITH HEAVY AND THIN PEOPLE NOW AND MY JOURNEY HAS INSPIRED ALL OF THEM AND I HAVE NO PROBLEM MAKING FRIENDS.
33. HATE THAT I CRAVE WHAT IS BAD FOR ME: I CRAVE SALADS, FRUIT, NUTS, BEANS, AND VARIETY IN MY FOODS, NOT THE BAD STUFF, I AM A DIFFERENT PERSON AND MOST OF ALL I AM HAPPY.
34. HATE THAT MY SIBLINGS AND I HAVE ALL GAINED A LOT OF WEIGHT AS ADULTS: WELL ALL OF MY SIBLINGS ARE BEING ACTIVE NOW INCLUDING MYSELF AND ARE EATING BETTER IN THEIR OWN WAY, SO I AM VERY ENCOURAGED BY IT.
35. HATE THAT I ONCE RAN A MARATHON AND NOW I WONDER IF I EVER COULD AGAIN: I AM NOW PLANNING TO HOPEFULLY IN THE NEAR FUTURE POWER WALK A HALF MARATHON AND SOMEDAY AGAIN DO A MARATHON!!!!
36. HATE THAT MOST OF MY HOBBIES INVOLVE SITTING DOWN AND NOT GETTING UP ENOUGH: I HAVE SOME SITTING HOBBIES LIKE READING AND PLAYING GAMES, BUT MOSTLY I AM ACTIVE DOING HOUSEWORK, EXERCISING, PLAYING WITH MY DAUGHTER AND DOING ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES WORKING WITH MY BODY OR HANDS.
37. HATE THAT IT LOOKS LIKE I AM A PREGNANT MAN: I AM LOOKING A FEW MONTHS LESS PREGNANT, SOMEDAY I WILL BIRTH THIS BABY OF FAT AND BE DONE WITH IT AND GET BACK MY NICE FIGURE! REMEMBER THE JOURNEY IS THE DESTINATION... AND I AM GOING TO LEARN ALL I CAN TO USE THE REST OF MY LIFE.
38. HATE THAT PEOPLE INCLUDING FAMILY GET ON MY CASE ABOUT MY WEIGHT AND EXERCISING: WELL, EVERYONE HAS TOLD ME TO GET MY ACT TOGETHER BUT IT TOOK A HEALTH SCARE AND DECIDING FOR MYSELF TO CHANGE THAT I NEEDED TO LIVE DIFFERENTLY. I READ IN A ANTHONY ROBBINS BOOK THAT IF YOU WANT A DIFFERENT LIFE, YOU HAVE TO LIVE DIFFERENTLY. I AGREE NOW THAT I HAVE DONE THAT.
39. HATE TO SWIM AND SHOW OFF MY FIGURE: WELL, I SWIM EVERY CHANCE I GET WHEN THE WEATHER PERMITS AND I LOVE HOW I LOOK COMPARED TO BEFORE. EVEN A GUY AT THE POOL KEPT SAYING YOUR TUMMY IS GETTING FLATTER!
40. HATE THAT I AM ONLY 35 AND I FEEL LIKE AN OLD MAN ALREADY WITH OLD MAN ILLNESSES.: WELL I AM 41 NOW AND I FEEL GREAT AND MY HEALTH ISSUES ARE DROPPING OFF ONE BY ONE, WOOOOOHOOOOO! THANK YOU JESUS!
