I'm still getting over a cold, but still inspired to exercise and be healthy, I went for an almost 1 hour walk in a business park area and had a great time keeping fit, getting my mind more at ease, working out some kinks from sitting most of the day, and got to walk a new place and breathe in some fresh, cold air. I never regret it when I walk, and I treated myself to a Starbucks coffee after! I got to think over a lot of my life's issues and future problems to solve and got some clarity. Sometimes you just have to get away, out of your normal environment and just deflate all that stress and anxiousness from work, kids, responsibilities, housework, you name it. Walking at night is calming to me too and the traffic I walk near actually has a soothing sound. So get out there people and walk, you never know how much good it may do to you.
