So I weighed in Saturday morning. Gained 2lbs. It's because I only worked out 4 days and I was off my diet for work Christmas party Mexican food and deserts and one other day my calories were higher than normal. I was also sick last week and missed 2 workout days with sign job where I burn 1800 calories each weekend day. I worked out h as rd this weekend and I'm watching my diet now. So I should be right on track again. I plan on using portion control for upcoming holidays and exercise to help. I don't like gaining any weight, but it can happen, just don't lose heart and keep with my program!
